Our Story — Why Niramay Pest Control Exists
We started Niramay Pest Control in 2012 in Najafgarh, West Delhi — with a straightforward mission: make professional pest control genuinely accessible, honest, and safe for every family in Delhi NCR. Back then, the choices available to most households were discouraging. You either hired an unqualified operator who turned up with unknown chemicals and no accountability, or you paid sky-high prices to a national brand whose local knowledge was limited and whose technicians were strangers routed through a call centre.
We saw a real gap — and we believed we could fill it. Delhi NCR has unique housing patterns, distinct seasonal pest cycles, and neighbourhood-level challenges that only a truly local, committed team could understand and address. From the monsoon-driven mosquito surges in areas like Rohini and Dwarka to the termite risks in the older construction zones of West Delhi, generic pest control programmes simply were not cutting it for families who deserved better.
"We started with one goal: honest pest control you could actually trust."
So we built Niramay from the ground up — certified technicians, government-approved chemicals, written warranties, and a commitment to treating every home like our own. Our Najafgarh roots meant we understood West Delhi intimately from day one. Over the years, as word spread through referrals and repeat customers, we expanded our reach across all of Delhi NCR — North, South, East, West, and Central Delhi, and into the NCR cities of Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad.
More than 12 years later, we have served over 1,000 customers across Delhi NCR. The team has grown. Our methods have evolved. But the core values have never changed. We still show up on time. We still give straight answers. We still stand behind every treatment with a written guarantee. And we still care — because for us, pest control has always been personal.
When you call Niramay Pest Control, you are not reaching a call centre. You are calling people who live and work in Delhi NCR, who know your area, and who take pride in getting the job right the first time.
